PRODUCTION + PROCESSINGAll SLIVER pieces are made to order in Portland, OR. Please allow 2-3* weeks for production and shipping. We always strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible; timeline may be shorter than stated.

DOMESTIC SHIPPINGOnce your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Domestic shipments may arrive between 1-10 business days, depending on which shipping method you have selected.

Tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

For local customers, we offer in-person pickup or delivery service.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGFor international orders, we offer UPS and DHL International. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Costs relating to delivery, freight or postage may vary and are added to each order. SLIVER is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.

RETURNSPlease note that every SLIVER piece is made to order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer store credit in exchange for your return within 14 days of the arrival of your purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in original condition, including all packaging materials, accessories, and applicable tags. For both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
